Critical travel advisories remain in effect for three nations designated at Level 4 (Do Not Travel): Somalia, Ukraine, and Mali. Three additional countries—Trinidad and Tobago, Mauritania, and Guyana—maintain Level 3 advisories recommending travel reconsideration. Approximately two dozen nations worldwide have been placed at Level 2 (Exercise Increased Caution), including Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Egypt, Cameroon, and several others experiencing localized instability or security concerns. The majority of countries monitored continue to maintain Level 1 status (Exercise Normal Precautions), including major allies such as Australia, South Korea, and most of Western Europe.
